If I were an animal I would like to become a dove. It’s simply because the dove represents peace harmony and unity in our country. I compare myself to a dove because its color is white which also means purity. I want to be an honest gal and become a true person to others, to have a peace of mind and not to hurt anyone. The dove can also fly high and I wanted also to travel to other places that I’ve never been before in my life. I want also to help needy people.
The dove is very much loved and cared for by many people because of its complexion and simplicity. The dove has a clean figure and is neat to see. The dove also helps in planting trees because of the seeds of riped fruits which they scatter and throw to the ground.
The dove has many uses also. For example, some people far from the cities hundreds of years ago use them as a channel of communication to others. They served as messengers. Its feathers are also used in doing fans and others projects in school such as pen accessories. The doves are also used in wedding as a symbol of unity and love. Its meat is a rich source of protein.
That’s me. I am a dove…

We, humans, are really blessed by God in all aspects of life. We have the capacity to think which make us wise decision-makers. We know how to differentiate right from wrong doings. We can do our work efficiently and we have the capacity to express our feelings. In short, we are created by God according to his own image and likeness.
There is no doubt that we humans can do many things that animals can’t. But, if I were to live my life as an animal I would like to be a dog. I know that it’s really weird for you to hear from a 17-year old girl who wants to be a dog. There are two main reasons why I want to be one. First, the dog is often called as “man’s best friend”.
A dog can be loyal to its owner. It is always ready to protect its owner against possible threat of danger from strangers. Dogs are very effective guards especially when it is night time. Second, dogs are effective relief for stress. I’ve observed that a dog approaches its owner excitedly especially when having just arrived from work. It wags its tail as if it wants to say “welcome home and I miss you”. A dog makes a person happy when it can perform tricks which are really amazing. With these reasons, I should say that dogs are really caring and intelligent.
Animals are one of the first creations of God, and we humans are the last. It only means that He wanted us to take care of them. Animals might not be intelligent as we humans but they also have the right to be respected. We must show genuine care and love to them for they also know how to love and care for us.

If I were an animal I would love to be a cat. Why?
First of all I am a cat lover. I have to cats Meiming and Ming-ming, both male felines.
Second, I love their unique characteristics—they can jump five times their actual height; they have this great agility, senses, speed, balance and they are called silent hunters. They silently and patiently wait until they caught their prey unguarded.
Very cunning…
Third is their loyalty to their master, they have this movements that express their feelings; this is when they touch their body to their master’s legs. Scientists say it means “you are mine” or “you are my master.” They are indeed very sweet.
They are also known as the graceful walkers. That’s why in fashion industry the ramp models call their walk in stage “cat walk”; they got it from the cats. They walk gently and gracefully, for me they are the most elegant animal in the world.
This is my basis why I love to be a cat, and if God reincarnate me to be an animal, to be a “CAT” would be my best choice.

If I were an animal, I were a frog even they look ugly because of their lame legs and blotched and wrinkled skin. Despite this unusual appearance, they are considered as good friends of farmers as they help in maintaining ecological balance by eating insects and pests that destroy the plants.
If I were a frog I can jump and hide myself from my enemies. I don’t need to show up myself from or to everyone in the city and I want to live in a place where I can be alone where no one cares to trouble what I wanted to do in my life.
If I were a frog I don’t need to go away to look for my food because insects are anywhere and I can eat them easily because of my long and sticky tongue. If I were a frog I have nothing to do but to jump to escape any problems around me.

If I were an animal I want to be a bird because I really want to experience flying anytime anywhere. I want to mingle with the clouds and play with the great sky. How I wish I could fly on the top of the tallest pine tree and lay eggs at a comfy nest. I will start to build a great bird family in the strong trunks of this pine tree and look for my young while my partner is too busy looking for food to feed our off springs. I do not want them to be in danger so I shall always be on guard for their protection. I will forever enjoy flying anywhere, lying on a bough, singing and chirping as I go on serenading the great sky.
I always enjoy watching birds in the sky; they are always merry and seem not to be troubled by any problem in life.

If I were an animal, I would be a bird. Birds rapidly learn how to identify people who have previously threatened their nest and sounded alarms. Birds also can be humorous, personal or informal. In relation to me, I really look for a friend who can accompany me in flying in so many places of the globe.
I know that one of the most beautiful animals created by God are the birds because they are free to fly, wherever they want. They know how to fix their own shelter, and provide food for themselves and their young.
Birds can describe how a song gives meaning to a place or a form part of the melody of life. Because of their ability to fly from various places, they are living witness of so many events at countless places around the world. It is a unique animal because it is cute, pretty and their feathers are colorful and shiny..

If I were an animal I want to be a dog. A dog has a lot of contributions in our community. It serve as house guards; they protect your house when you are out. The dogs are very protective to their master and to its loved one’s. They help save lives in times of disasters and emergencies. Have you heard of a dog that saved his master from a great fire? Surely, you had. The dog is very important in our country because they act as military and police assistants in drug busting operations and bomb detection activities. Sometimes we see them to in our television. The dog is a very talented. Sometimes when I’m sad, I play with my dog and after a while, I become happy. My dog is my stress reliever….
Dogs are man’s bestfriend. Sometimes it makes me feel sad to hear that dogs are being killed for food. If I were a dog I want to bite them one by one to stop these merciless killings of animals once and for all.

If I were an animal, I would choose to be a bird. So I can fly and go to the place that I want to go to, and at the same time, get a chance to see everything like mountains, sea, forest, etc. If I’m going to be like a bird, probably it would be possible for me to go to another place as fast as I can. No one can’t stop me, because I can do whatever I want…
I really like to be a bird so I can have wings to reach my dreams. We want to have power like super heroes so we can do things that an ordinary people can’t do. A month ago, if we still remember our country had suffered lots of tragedies such as the devastation caused by the typhoons Pepeng and Ondoy. I know that everyone wants to give help for those people who were affected by the typhoon.
If I have wings it would be an advantage for me to help people in case of emergency during typhoons. I will rescue the people who are in dangerous area. I will bring them to safe places to assure that everything will be okay. I will also bring them relief goods in times of this difficult crisis. I realized that though deprived of wings, that should not prevent me to give help to other people in times of need. I will not hesitate to give my support and serve other people.

There are many kinds of animals in the world. Other’s belongs to the kingdom mammals, reptiles, fish, birds and etc. Animals that have four legs, eyes, nose, mouth like human being finding a better place for survival.
If I were an animal I would rather choose to be an ant. Why? Because like an ant, the story of the life of this living thing is the same with me. An ant that is always saving its food for the coming future. The situation of our lives as now is full of challenges especially in politics and economy. We must open our eyes, and doesn’t act like a blind. I choose this kind of animal because it is altruistic. Altruistic person that is something not only for the good of itself buy also for the good and rights of other individuals. Like an ant hiding itself in a safe place where many people will saw them. The truth is I am not free to do what I want to do. I cannot go to place that I want to go and that is all because of my parent’s strictness. Sometimes, I am wonder why this things and problems happened to me, looking at me in the mirror and asking why. But in all of these problems, I never regret that they came in my life, maybe because that is the plan of God for me, to become stronger. There is a saying that you can’t worship two Gods at the same time, like an ant, it can’t carry all the foods that it want to carry at a time, that in me, in order to attain and accomplish my goals and dreams. I should make some little steps in pursuing that dream. The time is not stopping, time is gold, so we must know how to use our time in a right way and do not wait the time that is too late. Life is so short; we must not be selfish to everyone and think that there is always a brighter tomorrow.

If I were an animal, I were an ant, because as we all know, ants are known for their hard work and diligence in gathering foods and to storing them to survive when rainy season comes. Just like me, I study hard to secure a bright future someday. No matter how difficult challenges are, I will never give up because whatever sacrifices I may do today is for my own welfare and my family’s. The ants work hard to serve and please their queen; in a similar vein, I also study hard to dedicate my diploma to my parents, because they were my inspirations in pursuing my dreams.
Ultimately, the ants could be a representation of the Filipino people who are popularly known to be resilient, persevere and hard working people.
